What I want to achieve with GRAIN is that when guests leave our cooking studio, they are already planning and looking forward to the next time they will be cooking. Our goal is to excite and inspire our guests to go into their kitchens and create!

LUKE NGUYEN

Luke Nguyen is a renowned Australian chef and is recognized as a food expert professional all around the world with his restaurants and cooking shows broadcasted internationally, in England, USA and all around Asia. Luke designs the GRAIN menus and recipes, selects his team of cooks and instructors as well as cooking facilities and equipment. Luke is the heart of GRAIN.

GRAIN PHILOSOPHY

GRAIN is not your usual cooking class. Luke's take on cooking classes is to show guests that anybody can cook and to demystify Vietnamese cuisine, so you will gain a new-found confidence that will make you want to cook more at home.

HOW GRAIN WORKS

GRAIN is not your run-of-the-mill cooking class, but in essence, a Vietnamese culinary experience. We aim to inspire and excite one's palate to the vast array of delicate and aromatic flavours that make up Vietnamese cuisine.
In addition to learning the fundamentals of food preparation and presentation, guests can expect to experience a glimpse of Vietnamese history and hands-on approach allows guests to select and choose their own produce, herbs, spices, and sauces, with the hopes of instilling confidence in their own abilities to create a beautiful 4-course meal from start to finish.

* Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your booking for an activity, please send us an email at cooking@grainbyluke.com as soon as possible. If not stated otherwise by the Supplier in the product description, you are entitled to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the booked cooking class. Please note that our refund policy is the following: 100% of payment, if the cancellation is made 48h or more before the activity. If you cancel a class within 48 hours before the booked class, or if you do not attend the class, you will be obliged to pay the full class price.
