GRAIN FACILITIES MARKET PANTRY

Often cooking classes prepare ingredients beforehand and do not give guests the opportunity to select their own ingredients in their raw forms. By providing a fully stocked Market Place Pantry of the freshest ingredients, guests can really get a chance to learn how to differentiate and select top quality ingredients, simply by touch.

Local, year round, ingredients are chosen by Luke Nguyen himself and restocked daily, with special consideration of the wide selection of seasonal produce that is available during each season. Luke utilizes these seasonal fruits to continually change and create new 4-course menus inspired by each season.

GRAIN STORE

Adjacent to the reception are, you will find the Grain store, offering Luke's unique selection of traditional Vietnamese cookware, handmade ceramic dinnerware and quality gifts. There are also personally signed certificate and recipe cards available.

* Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your booking for an activity, please send us an email at cooking@grainbyluke.com as soon as possible. If not stated otherwise by the Supplier in the product description, you are entitled to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the booked cooking class. Please note that our refund policy is the following: 100% of payment, if the cancellation is made 48h or more before the activity. If you cancel a class within 48 hours before the booked class, or if you do not attend the class, you will be obliged to pay the full class price.
